Alexandra Alston is an African American independent filmmaker based in New York City, dedicated to telling stories that connect across cultures and communities. With a Master's of Fine Arts from the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema, she has written and directed four short films while also collaborating as a producer and writer on a range of projects.

Alexandra’s work centers underrepresented voices and meaningful social themes, aiming to foster empathy and connect people through narrative storytelling. Currently, she is continuing development on her first feature film.
